Unable to add Empty object in Blender

It’s not a joke, it’s an issue! I was unable to add an Empty > Plain Axes object to my scene, and I was a bit confused about it because I cannot find an Empty raw in the popup window when “Ctrl A”.

Solution is here:
Press Tab to switch Edit mode to the Object mode and try again “Ctrl A > Empty > Plain Axes”. Well done!
